MAO-E-Notification | Philippine Competition Commission

The Mergers and Acquisitions Office (MAO) E-Notification System is the PCC’s online facility through which merging parties submit their required documents. These include Notification Forms, responses to Notices of Deficiency, responses to Requests for Information, and Letters of Non-Coverage, as applicable, to the MAO.

As of 07 April 2026, the enhanced MAO E-Notification System has been implemented. Detailed instructions on how to upload documents to the system are provided in Annex A.
