These publications aim to keep our stakeholders updated on significant developments in the Philippine Competition Act, the National Competition Policy, and other competition-related issues. By subscribing to PCC publications, you agree to receive email alerts from us through the email address you provided upon registration.

Limits on Liability
We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue any of the PCC publications, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right.
