Aside from being the Philippines’ foremost competition authority mandated to protect consumer welfare and encourage competition among market players, the PCC also endeavors to increase awareness of its stakeholders on competition policy and law and capacitate them through the conduct of orientation-seminars under the Competition Orientation Outreach Program (COOP).

The Program seeks to introduce our stakeholders such as the business community, academe, and the general public on the salient provisions  of RA 10667 or the Philippine Competition Act.

Interested parties can download and accomplish the COOP Request Form (CRF) and submit the same via e-mail or registered mail to the Director of the Communication and Knowledge Management Office (CKMO) with attention to the Capacity Building and Advocacy Division (CBAD).

For queries on the COOP, you may send it via e-mail to cbad@phcc.gov.ph or give us a call at telephone number (02) 8771-9722 loc. 245.
